Southern Oregon Game Expo

The Southern Oregon Game Expo is a playful, community-centered fundraiser supporting the upcoming documentary Building Resilience. This all-ages event brings people together through the joy of games, featuring official speedcubing competitions with the World Cube Association and Premier Speedcubing League.

Designed to be fun, inclusive, and uplifting, the Southern Oregon Game Expo invites everyone to play, connect, and support an important cause.

This event will be held at The Expo - Jackson County in Central Point, Oregon, in the Olsrud Building

General Admission open time from 9 am to 9 pm on March 14th, 2026

WCL Competition will start admission at 8 am

Admission:

$10 for Children and Students (includes 5 raffle tickets)

$15 for adults (includes 5 raffle tickets)

$25 for Cubing Competitors (includes general admission and 5 raffle tickets)

Events Include:

  • Officially Sanctioned Speed Cubing Competitions from the World Cube Association and Premier Speedcubing League.

  • Food and drink are available for purchase

  • Vendors

  • Oneshot DnD campaigns led by professional DMs

  • An extensive game library for participants to check out games, new and old, to try with friends and family

  • A Magic: The Gathering and Pokémon learn to play

  • A Raffle with Wonderful Prizes valued at $150 or more

Participation in additional Magic: The Gathering or Pokemon learn to play may require additional purchase of a deck of cards if you do not have any cards. A limited number of demo decks will be available.

All proceeds from the raffle and event will support our documentary movie project, “Building Resilience.”
